Return and Change Policy

The deadline for the return of goods of proper quality is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

 You can return any item purchased on ArctiLine Online Store within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Fill out the Return Form.
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. Contact post service to arrange the drop-off of your package wherever you wish and paid it.
  4. Send to our emai track number of sent item.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

The reasons for returning goods from the buyer may be the following:

  • It did not fit the size, style, color, length, etc.
  • The shade of the obtained product is different from the shade of the model from the photo on the site.

The goods are accepted back only in full configuration, with all the packages and stickers, in a non-trembling / unused form.

 Reasons for return by mistake in arctiline.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller":

  • Incorrect order set.
  • The presence of a defect / marriage.

 In the event of an incorrect configuration of the order or the presence of a defect, the cost of return delivery pays the seller. Return of funds to the Buyer is carried out within 5-7 business days.

If the goods were used, it is accepted at the time of contacting the authentication of marriage. Check is carried out within 10 calendar days. In case of confirmation of marriage, the return of funds to the Buyer is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In case the authenticity of the marriage is not confirmed, the cash is not returned to the buyer.

After the warranty period, the goods are not subject to return for warranty.

2. Return mail

When sending parcels in the post office, the inventory of the sent things is compiled. Without an order, the claim is not accepted.


Refusal to return your parcels may occur for the following reasons:

  • Disrupting the integrity of the postal packaging (use only the original postal packaging, avoid scotching (except mail) and other materials).
  • Cash on delivery.
